Refund policy
FREE AND EASY RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can use the self-service return portal at account.no-crowns.com or contact our Support Guru Rich at rich@no-crowns.com to begin the process. If your return is accepted we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We offer free no-return-necessary replacements for all defective products.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item. Standard shipping charges will be refunded upon a successful return, however EXPEDITED SHIPPING CHARGES SUCH AS PREMIUM AND EXPRESS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
Exchanges
You may exchange a product for a new size or another product of equal value (ie: a different style shirt). Once the item is received and inspected, the exchanged item will be sent out. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
